Baltimore City encourages feral cat caretakers to register with Community Cats Maryland. The information we collect via registration is for internal use only and is not shared with Animal Control (except aggregate numbers and statistics). But the data collected helps us analyze what areas of the city need more assistance and the effect our efforts are having.

Please use this online form to submit your registration. We also strongly encourage caretakers to attend our free educational workshop at BARCS, or otherwise demonstrate a knowledge of TNR and good feral cat management practices.
