Show Your Support for TNR!
You can now show your support for TNR programs in Maryland with a specialty license plate that benefits CCMD!
The plates will help to raise awareness about TNR and feral cats, and all of the various TNR programs that exist across the state. It will also generate funds for CCMD, which will be put toward the feral cat spay/neuter clinics we hold monthly at BARCS, the city animal shelter. Many of the caretakers we help are not able to afford even the low-cost program that we provide, so when we have sufficient funds, we cover the cost of spay/neuter for them, allowing them to continue to care for their beloved outdoor felines without risks of fines from the city and, most importantly, without contributing more cats to the population!
To order a plate, send a check for $20 (the price to spay one feral cat) made out to Community Cats Maryland, Inc., and include a self-addressed stamped envelope. We will mail you back a form that you'll need to fill out and send with a check for $25 to the Maryland MVA.
